The evening begins at 7 p.m. Course 1: Shared appetizer plate; Course 2: Italian wedding soup; Course 3: Grilled flank steak & shrimp scampi; Cheddar mashed potatoes; Fresh vegetable medley; Course 4: Shared chocolate mousse tart w/fresh berries. Wines will be paired with each course.
